I ordered these boots in the camel color and they are really nice. They were a little snug trying to get them on and off, and feel a little larger than other boots. Maybe because of the pointed toe. The heel height was not as tall as I thought it would be. They height is perfect as it gives me a taller diva look in a cowboy boot. Zappos delivery was great as they arrived the day after I ordered them!

This was my first shopping experience with your site, and your customer service is second to none. You guys upgraded my shipping to overnight, and it got here the next business day just as expected.
