This is a lovely, neutral pump. Just enough heel to look dressy without hurting your feet or legs. The fit is true and they are comfortable. The heel is an unusual shape, and I like it. I've worn them with a navy suit and with jeans and they were perfect both times. I have 5 or 6 pairs of shoes from this manufacturer and I love them all.

	Received order in good condition. Shoes fit fine. Returned other shoes today. Thank you for being so nice. I have been on this wonderful earth for 81 years and I have never seen a company try so hard to please as you have, not only do you try to please, you please. It is amazing how much love you radiate in your correspondence. Thank you again for being so wonderful. P.S. I plan to be here another 19 years so I can figure out other things to order from you.
