Warm and cozy -
These slippers are so soft and comfy, I hate to take them off. And, they stay on my feet, something that has always been a problem for me. I never understood the appeal of Uggs, but I think I'm catching on.

They are so great! Very comfortable and I look forward to putting them on. They fit true to size. The only complaint is they are not walk out and get the paper slippers at all.

I live in these slippers. A little clunky, but very comfortable and non-slip sole. I think I would have preferred a lighter color, but still love them!

These are great slippers. They say to size up but I wear a 7 1/2 and got a 7 and they fit fine. Worth the price!

The customer service is the best of any company I've ever worked with. The entire process is painless. If for any reason the order doesn't work out, Zappos is amazing about returns/exchanges, they pay for shipping and their response is fast and accurate. As a mother of 5, accuracy and expediency are vital. Zappos is my silver bullet and I no longer have to even leave the house to take my kids shopping for shoes.
