This shoe is very comfortable, supportive and fits true to size. I am particularly impressed with the fact that Ryka shoes are made for women by women. This brand is also recommended by Consumer Reports which guides me in many of my purchases.

I have a hard time buying shoes because my feet are very narrow at the heel. Someone else with the same concern purchased these shoes and she said these shoes are more narrow in the heel than other brands. That helped me make a decision and I am satisfied with the fit. I also appreciated Zappos' quick delivery even though I did not pay for shipping!

This is a great shoe. I had been using running shoes for pretty much any time I was not wearing work shoes. I am not certain how I came across Ryka shoes, but I tried this on and it has now become my favorite weekend, everyday shoe. It's extremely comfortable and my feet do not get tired after wearing for hours, unlike running shoes. The width is great and the shoe doesn't squeeze my foot; the cushion is just right, not too hard, not too soft; very good support. I highly recommend this shoe; my mother and sister are now wearing Rykas, since I bought these this summer.

I do a lot of walking for fitness and need a good support shoe. I have always had good luck with the Ryka shoes and was happy to find the pair I wanted on Zappos. The free shipping and quick service was great!

 |  | Zappos Customer Service, You probably hear mostly from people with complaints. I wanted to take a moment to send some positive feedback. Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
