I ordered this style for my 18 year old daughter. She absolutely loves them. The black patent is timeless and goes with most everything. They do run true to size. Although they have a gel pad insert I question comfort and practicality as they are every bit 4 1/2 inch heels with a platform base. These shoes are just gorgeous but they would not prove well for walking or all day wear. Just great looks!

 |  | Thank you, thank you! I'm thinking the Zappos customer service team must be made up of magical wizards, and I am getting spoiled! I called yesterday to exchange sneakers for a larger size, and late last night ordered some girly shoes, and this morning BOTH the sneakers and the shoes were at my door! I am stunned! Today I called a different place to order a specialty item (after checking Zappos site for something similar first, of course) and there is just no comparison whatsoever. Now I must wait at least a week for my order from this other place, and on top of that, pay ten bucks shipping! See, I am spoiled by Zappos spectacular customer service. Thank you so much!
