I just received this and it looks real cute, I got the white/blue combination. My problem with this shoe is that backside of the shoe has a hard tip that hits the tendon part on the backside of my ankle because it goes up high and it is made of plastic not leather which is why it is hard. It doesnt bend or move when you walk. Too bad I love this shoe so I have to return it and get another one. If this tip is not too high or is made of soft leather, it would have been perfect.

	I just want to say that I love you guys! Your response time is incredible in every way. I have been ordering from you for many years and tell everyone I know to shop with you. I always get my shoes immediately upon ordering either the very next day or the day after that. Incredible!!! Returning items is easier than anywhere else. And when I screw up an order, you are right there immediately to help out. I'm a fan on Facebook and truly admire your company and even had my cat on your news feed sitting in HIS Zappos box.
