This is truly a great shoe, lets your feet breathe. Great support, I didn't feel the shoe needed to be broken in, I guess that is thanks to Zappos having the right size for everyone. A+ to Zappos and A+ to this shoe.

These shoes are fine for casual wear and they feel pretty good. But they come across as cheap in appearance.

I am a woman who usually wears a size 10 women\'s, but bought the size 8.5 men\'s because I liked the tusk/squash color. I took out the insole and added my usual \'pinnacle powerstep\' due to arch/plantar fasciitis problems. With thick omni-wool socks...what a comfortable shoe! Well padded and no break-in required.

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site I would probably fill one out after every order.
