I originally tried the men's Hunter Festival boot, but returned them because it did not give enough ankle support/stability. These lace up boots fixed that problem! Now I can walk quickly (as you need to in NYC) and not feel my heel sliding around with each step. Very comfortable, yet I added an insole for more comfort. The lace up feature also makes it easier to tuck your pants in, if wanted. I also think that the laces give the boot a more masculine look than the Festivals, which makes it easier to get away with wearing a man rain boot in the city.

 |  | Zappos rocks, you so made my nine year old son’s day. We went looking for new DC shoes last Sunday and spent 3 hours only to find out that his shoe size was 6.5 right between boy’s and men's. The stores had no selection in either. We were told by one salesperson that most boys skip that size so they don't carry many. He was very disappointed, I suggested ordering from you guys that night and he didn't want to wait for shipping. I told him Zappos was quick, but he wanted to try stores again, so we did on Tuesday evening and came home empty handed again. We got online, ordered a pair he liked (there were so many to chose from in the size we needed) at 9:30 that night. Of course he was all about when would they be here, again I told him how quick you are at shipping and that probably Thursday at the latest Friday. He came home from school on Wednesday and they were on the front porch. He was so happy!!! Loved the shoes and can't wait to order another pair. I have told other people how fast they got here and no one believes that is even possible. I don't know how you do it, but thanks so much. You're the best.
