I was so happy to find these skimmers at the end of the summer. They are adorable and fit comfortably although they do take a bit of time to soften up. The lace around the ankle is removable so you have two looks in one shoe. The leather toe is not only attractive but helps keep those inevitable scuffs away.

I bought these shoes to wear while on vacation. While initially they felt great, after walking for a while, my little toes became raw after rubbing against the canvas inside (and I have really small feet). I had to put tissue in the shoes to protect them. The shoes also have no arch support, and are not designed for extensive walking. My back was on fire when we got back to the hotel. I'm a petite person, so my weight was not an issue.

Love this shoe! It is a great, right out of the box comfortable shoe. The canvas is really nice and I love the leather on the toe. Mine did stretch out a slight bit after I wore them, but I put in an insert and they were fine. I didn't like the laces, so took those off and they look fine without them. I liked them so well, that I also purchased them in white.

I have a small size 5 foot, so very difficult to find shoes in stores. Zappos has been great. I can order, and if they don't fit, send them back quickly and easily. This shoe fits perfect. I don't care for the tie, but it just slipped out of back of shoe. Comfortable and nice looking for an 89 year old woman.

I love these shoes. They are comfortable, trendy, make my legs looks long and lean and go with everything for summer. Great design, great buy; really great fit! Now...may I have the black pair??

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it! I love your company, site, and all you stand for and do for your customers. I can't thank you enough for making my day! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
