Comfy right from the start -
Tried on 10 pairs of pumps in a range of prices - decided on these. Wore them, no hose, for two straight days and no sore feet or blisters. Good for running thru the airport, too.

I own this shoe in every color and just love it. It's a good basic shoe but has style and is easy to maintain.

I love this shoe. The heel is the right height for me and very comfortable to wear for a long period of time. The only fault is that the sole is not suitable for dancing as it is rubber.

Exactly what I wanted - I went to Zappos looking for a classic black heel, and found that in this shoe. It is the most comfortable high heel I have ever worn!

Very comfortable business shoe - For the type of shoe, it's extremely well-padded and comfortable. I ordered it in every color they have, once I tried out the first pair!

I ordered the velvet brown and loved the color. I agree with the other reviewer about the toe strap being a bit snug, so it's good to know that it stretches out. That was the only area with which I had a fit issue. They seem to run true to size. I think they are a great fashionable style, without being too trendy.

Incredibly comfortable!
I was having a hard time trying to find a classic pair of pumps in navy. So I bought this pair not expecting very much. But when I put these on I couldn't believe how incredibly comfortable they were.
The look was definitely the style I was looking for in a classic pump. Heel height was perfect and they fit both feet equally. Calvin Klein has this new type of sole that should be mandatory in every pair of women's shoes. It is soooooooo comfortable, that you could easily wear these shoes all day and I don't think I have ever said that about a pair of heels in my life.
I just don't understand why it took so long to create a pair of women's heels that actually look attractive, fit great and most importantly feel so comfortable.

Finally...
I have been searching for the perfect black heels for at least a couple of years. I am very very picky and knew exactly what I was looking for-plain black leather, not too tall, not too pointy, and comfortable. I ordered a couple pairs from Zappos and was very happy to find the Calvin Klein Dolly. My only complaint is a lack of arch support. Other than that they are great! The shoes arrived the next day!!! And returning was easy!

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
