Zappos vs Nordstroms. I had a Nordstrom's cheetah print dress shoe and bought this similar Calvin Klein cheetah hours after I bought the Nordstrom brand. I tried them both with black, beige, cream and red outfits. This shoe looked very classy at half the price. I am returning the Nordstrom brand.

Last year I bought these shoes in black and broke them in very quickly. I liked them so much that I decided that to get them in brown this year. They are very well made and extremely comfortable with the gel sole and padded heel. I am someone who would much rather wear a kitten heel vs a flat because I'm a hard heel walker and flats hurt my back after a while. This shoe provides great heel support. And being pregnant this fall, I wanted something that was comfortable but still extremely stylish. I highly recommend this shoe and they are worth every penny.

Love the shoe, however, when they arrived (as usual very fast) I was very disappointed, the shoe runs very narrow and the back is short so the tendency is that with a few wears it will hurt and slip off at the same time. The shoe is uncomfortable! I was very surprised since I love and own various pairs of CK shoes. The price also was a little high and when I think of the shoe, way too high. I want to send them back, but I trashed the box and paperwork before wearing them. I did not think that I would have a problem since I have never been unhappy with any of my purchases from Zappos. Keep up the good work.

Great kitten-heel pump!
I have been eyeing the Jimmy Choo Jade pump worn by Michelle Obama for some time but have been unable to find it in my size. This shoe is a much more affordable version of the Jade, and very comfortable. I will likely replace the insole with a leather lining which will make this shoe close to perfect. Buy it, you won't regret it!

These shoes were true to size for me (8.5) and don't pinch or slide off when I wear them barefoot. With stockings, there's a tiny bit of sliding but that decreases when my feet warm up. Also at the beginning I got blisters on my pinky toes, but I've never had a non-sneaker shoe where that hasn't happened. The gel sole is great for comfort; did squeak for the first few days, but luckily that stopped. I find the heel height and toe cleavage just right for me. I don't mind toe cleavage and don't like very high heels. These are low enough that I have no trouble walking in them. All in all a great shoe!

Really nice shoe for the money. I have the leopard print. Very attractive, & comfortable & well made. I wear a 7.5 & the 7.0 fit great. Fun shoe for fall!

I bought the CK Diema in the leopard hair print. I love this style & the fit. I usually wear a 6AA in shoes, but ordered the 6B, which fit fine. One note: the heel height is listed as 2 inches. It is actually 1 1/2 inches, which suited me better. It is definitely a kitten heel, if that is what you are looking for. I plan to wear these with jeans & also dress up a nicer pair of black slacks with a white shirt & pearls. Zappos speedy delivery & the fact that their shoes have not been tried on numerous times are huge selling points for me. My size is always on display in stores & is always stretched beyond belief.

These shoes were exactly what I was looking for, plain pumps with low heel, and could not find in department stores at any price. Finally found at major store but they didn\'t have my size. I wear a 7 1/2 narrow and these come only in medium so purchased 7 medium and they are okay. Problably couldn\'t wear all day but for a few hours they are fine. Shoes are great and I agree with other reviewers that they look more expensive than they were. This is my first Zappos purchase but will not be my last. Just need more choices in narrow.

Love it, can't wear it. Love the look; the low-cut vamp, and the size and shape of the heel. But I couldn't believe how narrow it felt. I would have kept it if I thought there was any chance of stretching it, but I wouldn't be able to wear it long enough to break it in.

Bought this shoe in leopard pony hair. LOVE IT! I ordered a 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear and they fit perfect. Hot little stylish shoe for fall!

These shoes are great! Not only do they look great, they are comfortable. The rubber on the sole helps to make you more sure footed. The price was good, too. I highly recommend these shoes.

I love these shoes! I felt they fit true to size. They are comfy. I'm going to buy a 2nd pair! I've been looking for a pair of basic pumps that are stylish! Very nice with a suit or slacks.

The more I wear these shoes, the more I like them. They are perfect for the business casual environment I work in. I'm on my feet for a fair portion of my day, and these shoes are comfortable enough to keep me moving. They took a few days to break in, and are a great fit now! There's a bit of padding and support and the shoe feels well constructed. The low heel and the roomy toe box contribute to the comfort of the shoe.

These shoes are fantastic. Cute little heel and great pointy toe (showing plenty of toe cleavage). The gel on the bottom is amazing! It's designed to help keep you from slipping on certain floors. I work in a hospital where there is a lot of linoleum. These shoes are a godsend!

These shoes are fabulous...sexy on your foot whether you are wearing slacks or a skirt or dress. The fit is so comfortable and true to size...great if you have a high instep also. I bought them in TWO colors and love them...got a lot of compliments on them also. Buy these shoes ladies!!!

I was looking for a simple black shoe with a small heel for work and these fit the bill. They definitely show "toe cleavage" and rub a bit on the sides (around the toe/ball of foot), but I expected that to ease with time and wear.

I love these shoes! I actually found them in black at a dept. store and loved those so much but I could not find a brown pair anywhere. But of course, Zappos had them because they have everything! These shoes have a nice small heel that allows me to be able to wear my dress pants, but still be comfortable. There is no pinching in my toes or heels and they are stylish. I love them!

These have too much toe cleavage for me, and *alas* not cankle-friendly. They're going back. I'm giving them a pretty good rating though, just because on someone else they would be really great. The quality of the shoe is also great, they look much more expensive.

Whoever at CK decided on the gel sole insert is a genius. Perfect shoe for the office as well as with jeans, I wish the toe was more needle pointy, but that's just me.

Very comfortable but sort of boring -
I usually wear much higher heels than these shoes, but I needed some comfortable shoes I could easily walk around in, and these fit the bill. The kitten heel is cute, and they are super comfortable. The soles are quite cushioned, and there's plenty of room in the toe box. They are not, however, the most stylish thing probably because they're pretty plain. Still, I wear them and like them. Sometimes I have to sacrifice beauty for comfort--but on the days I want to look really sexy, I skip these.

I ordered two pairs of shoes this morning (around 10am) and I receive an email that my order not only had been processed, but shipped and it is 2:40pm-on the SAME day. AND I was upgraded to priority status. I have to say WOW. This is the most impressive online service I have had from retail - ever. I bought my wedding shoes from you back in Feb, and I do recall how fabulous your customer service team was. I can't believe I have waited this long to purchase from Zappos again. You went above and beyond my expectations and I greatly appreciate that-esp. in these times. I order online a great deal because of my busy schedule and it is hard to go out and go shopping. This is the best treatment I have had by far- and I haven't received my shoes yet, but I know I'll get 'em much sooner than I thought. KEEP IT UP!!!
