On a recent Oahu trip I attended the LPGA tournament. A dear friend gave me my first Maui Jims Palms and I LOVE them! The clarity is incredible and they are so comfortable it is easy to forget I have them on.

	I have had the worst year of my life (hopefully, the future can't get worse) and you guys ALWAYS come through for me. I actually cried when your email said my order is coming SOONER. Zappos, it is the little things in life, such as customer service and being human that make you different - which is also why I always use you when I can. Thank you, thank you.
