Oh my gosh! Absolutely perfect shoe. Perfect style, fit, and comfort! Now be forewarned I normally wear a 9 1/2 med shoe, but based on the reviews, I reluctantly ordered an 11 wide, the only size left. If it were not for the Zappos return and shipping policy I would not have ordered this shoe. I had previously ordered a different style of Fitzwell shoe in a 10 medium and it was way too narrow. I was, however, impressed with the quality of the shoe. So glad I took a chance and ordered this shoe in a larger size. I ordered 1 and 1/2 larger than I normally wear and a wide instead of a medium width. If you wear a medium width order a wide width. You will not be disappointed! I love this shoe!

Clearly there was a party going on at the factory when these were made. I have one foot that prefers 7.5W and one foot that prefers 8M. I always try both and pick the one that feels best. I read all the reviews and ordered 8.5W and 9W. Even the 9W fit like 8 narrow. I will go no further. Nice shoe, but it doesn't feel or give like leather and I don't think there is going to be a size for anyone whose foot prefers a wide when available.

Holy toes!
Gorgeous shoe, the heel on the brown was a patent leather. Too bad they didn't fit. I sized up a 1/2 size, still no dice. They were extremely narrow in the toe box and smushed my toes. Extremely uncomfortable so I had to return.

I purchased these and read the reviews about not being to size so I ordered a 9 wide instead of the 8 wide I normally wear. I couldn\'t even fit my foot into it. I\'ve sent them back for size \r\n10 wide and I\'m hoping these will fit because I love the style. They\'re classy shoes.

Loved the looks of this shoe, and I would have loved to be able to put my foot in it! I wear an 11 and felt like Cinderella's stepsisters, trying to jam my foot in the shoe. I even checked the box to make sure I was sent an 11. Alas, I was, but couldn't get my foot in it. Order at least a size bigger.

Good looking shoe, but was not true to size. This 11 wide did not fit nor did it fit someone who wore a 10 and the width did not even fix someone who wore 11 narrow. Very stiff leather and would not give.

Fitzwell's Ornella is a beautiful shoe -
This is a beautiful shoe. I have it in black and navy. The navy is a dark navy. It's almost hard to tell the color is navy and not black. This shoe runs small in size and width. I ordered this shoe in four different sizes before I found a shoe that fit. I wear an 8 1/2 wide and I ended up with a 10 wide. And even with a 10 wide the shoe was still a little narrow.

One of the best pumps I have ever had! Incredibly comfortable. Sole support and heel height are perfect. Easy to walk, stand for hours, yet with a tall enough heel to feel like you're actually wearing feminine heels! Only negative thing is that the sizes run a half size small. The 7 felt more like a 6.5. but if they made this shoe in prints (i.e. leopard, or with a little bow, etc.) I would snatch them all up! BEST PUMP EVER!!

But your company is the exception. With the economy, you just expect to pay more and get less. This motto is definitely not how your company operates.
