Shoe Size: Felt a half size smaller than marked
Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
Shoe Arch: No arch support
Form over substance -
I loved this shoe on line but when I got it home it was a horrible fit. The ankle is too wide and not adjustable and the foot bed is non-supportive. I still LOVE the shoe but hate that I must return it.

I really can’t tell you how much that meant to me. I am certain that I am not your best customer, but you have made me feel important to you.
