First, let me say that I love Zappos for their speed and service. Secondly, in regards to these shoes, as a pastry chef who is on her feet many hours a day and have had to leave the world of chef clogs, I find these shoes to be a pretty good choice of shoe. They have helped me physically with some knee pain that I was experiencing from my chef clogs. They are not the absolute best in the slip resistance department, but it is manageable.

Ultra grip -
This shoe will not slip or slide! It is very grippy, great for people who work in slippery conditions. They are very supportive too, overall a great shoe but the heel rubs, and I'm afraid I'll get blisters from it.

So much for non-slip -
I am a part-time server and I bought these shoes for work because I am required to wear non-slip shoes. The comfort of these shoes is great, I have no problem wearing them for 8 hours. However, they are not the greatest for wet floors. I have not completely slipped, but have definitely gotten close to doing so. Be careful!

Very pleased -
As a full-time mom and part-time preschool teacher, these shoes are great. I can walk the dog, run errands, volunteer, etc. while wearing this very comfortable, warm shoe. The toe is rounded enough and the heel tailored enough that it doesn't look too clunky - just kinda outdoorsy and cozy. I usually wear with jeans or other casual pants with cute socks. I have worn them right out of the box with never a blister! I would highly recommend.

When my pair of boots arrived in less than perfect condition, I had hoped to exchange them for a new pair. Unfortunately, you were out of stock. A wonderful representative offered tips on how to clean up the boots, offered to search other stores to see if they had the boots in stock, and even asked if I would like a refund before returning the boots! I decided to keep the boots for a few more days, as I was not interested in purchasing from another retailer. Luckily, Zappos received more boots in stock within the week. Another rep sent my order straight away and ensured that the new pair were in perfect condition. Best yet - they sent the new pair with overnight shipping!
