Perfect fit and comfort right from the beginning, my son loves the feel of these shoes and of course the cool look. This is our first pair of Zoo York's and we are very pleased and looking forward to buying another pair in the fall.

Not only did my purchases arrive within a day, when I thought it would take four to five, the ease with which returns are possible (the larger tote made me look like an elf so I downsized) guarantee I will be shopping with you again! As I said in my original e-mail, I have only worn the boots several times, but I have had countless people ask where I got them and have directed them your way. Yesterday the lady that checked me out at a store could not stop talking about my bag and when I told her where and how I got it she asked for the website and I promptly wrote it down for her.
