A good light and warm jacket. I agree you can size down one. My only thing is it’s a bit on the super-basic side; it looks a little more slim and fitted in the pic. It’s actually more boxy than it appears. But I won’t return it because again it’s a great basic warm outer layer, especially for the price.

Fitzwell Jacket -
Good value coat. It is light and very warm. Fits slightly larger than most jackets. I usually wear a large with shirts or sweaters under my coat and this fits slightly larger. Good jacket for my money!

I bought this jacket just 2 days before leaving on a trip to Italy this January. It was a good buy. It's lightweight but sturdy enough to keep the cold at bay. It was raining so it also kept me dry. For the price, I think it's good quality, good fit and overall a good product. Very pleased with my purchase!

Good, warm jacket -
In New Orleans I don't often need this jacket but it sure comes in handy when I travel north for the holidays. Great jacket. Fits properly and kept me toasty in the teens. I would buy this again.

I actually tried to order these from another retailer online because they were cheaper with "free shipping" but the promo code wouldn't go through (after trying 3 times) and the order kept coming up with standard shipping at $7.95. When I tried to call customer service I was on hold long enough to know I didn't want to be there so I sent them an email that I was returning to Zappos. Because I haven't been able to buy shoes lately I'd forgotten what a pleasure it is to deal with your company. You always have exceptional selection which is easily accessed, a user friendly website, and fantastic customer service. I've always been a fan but now you have a
customer for life.
