This was my first paid of Softspots and they fit perfectly and are very comfortable. I really liked they way they looked and they had a much more reasonable heel than similar shoes. I really can\'t walk properly in anything over 2 1/2 inches. I would recommend these.

I was happy with the shoe for the first 3 weeks with them during which I wore them about 5 times. Unfortunately, the seam connecting to the leather straps at the top of the shoe is coming undone. I'm waiting to hear if Zappos will allow me to return them since they are already worn. I won't buy this brand again.

Softspots Vera. First I would like to say that I LOVE Zappos! Such fast, friendly service! Unbelievable! OK, now for the shoe, I have been buying wide width in a size 8 or 8-1/2 most of my life, that's because I have such a hard time finding extra wide, which is what I need and lo and behold, I'm actually a size 7.5. These shoes run true to size, i.e. 7.5 WW is perfect for me. Just enough of a heel to make them fashionable but not so high that they are uncomfortable. Love the cushion insole of the Softspots. I would definitely recommend this shoe!

Buttery soft! Holy moley. I knew the moment I slipped these sandals on my feet that they were terrific. Cute and amazingly comfortable for a good every day shoe. My feet are size 7 1/2 or 8 and tend to be on the narrow side of medium. They fit very well, but I suspect that gals with wider feet would find that they will conform to your foot comfortably, too. No rubbing or blisters!

The straps on these are buttery soft, which is good for initial comfort, but it also made these seem somewhat loose. I tried a number of sizes, seven and a half and eight in both normal and wide. I finally settled on the seven and a half wide (I'm normally a size eight wide). They still seem a little loose on me, but haven't fallen off. So far, so good, though they might be tough to do a lot of walking in due to the looseness.

I ordered two pairs of Softspots Sandals; Vera in Black and Sasha in Med. Brown, both size 11 W. The Sasha seemed tight but broke in nicely and I kept those. I loved the look of the Vera so I ordered the 11M before returning the 11W to see if it was me or the shoe. The 11M in the Vera fit just like the 11W in the Sasha. I love Softspots--these are my 2nd & 3rd pairs--but was surprised at how wide the Vera was; I had trouble keeping them on my feet. So I had to return the 11W, but love the 11M.

I have bunions on both feet and all my life have been used to wearing beautiful shoes that hurt like heck. When I found these I was happy because they came in wide sizes. These things are light as a feather and very cushy. I wear them to trade shows and to knock around in. The only problem I had is that I ordered them in extra wide and it turns out I don't have extra wide feet. So as the leather "gave" a little, they stretched out enough to be loose. So, I am going to donate those shoes and some lucky lady with really wide feet can enjoy them, while I buy a pair of "D" width for me!

These would have been extremely comfortable if they had fit a little better. The leather straps and foot bed are so soft and would be unlikely to cause blisters. I have a somewhat narrow foot and these are just a little too wide. If the straps stretch just the least little bit, my foot would probably slide through the front of the shoe. Also, the arch didn\'t hit at quite the right spot. I have the Softspots Camy and they fit my foot much better. Thought these are a nice looking shoe I\'ll have to return them.

This is my second pair of Softspots. Vera is even better than the first style I bought. They are very soft and comfortable. The innersoles are soft and so are the leather "bands" that go across the top of my foot. I'm thinkin about getting them in another color.

I love, love, LOVE this stylish, comfy cloud of a shoe. My feet blister easily but not a chance with these gems. Well made, extremely soft, cushy leather, supportive and comfy footbed, and sole. They might be a bit clunkier looking than my strappier sandals so I find that I usually wear them with pants/jeans more than skirts/dresses. But if I know I'm going to be doing a lot of walking, these shoes are my go-to. If you're looking for a shoe that you can wear for long hours, this is surely it.

Love, love, love this shoe. I have very wide feet and this shoe fit perfect. I ordered 7.5 in EE and I knew as soon as I put them on that I could easily wear them all day. Leather very soft and they look great with all my casual clothes. Highly recommend this item.

I bought these for my daughters wedding and wore them the whole day. They were very comfortable, considering I live in Birkenstock's .I would buy more of these for dress shoes.Very high quality shoe.

I knew I would keep them the minute I put them on. The leather is butter-soft and the padding in the foot bed so cushioned that all I wanted to do was walk in them. They look great with a dress, jeans, or shorts. The perfect balance between casual and dressy. Fits true to size.

I have just started buying Softspots this summer. I really love the Vera style. The leather is very soft and comfortable and several styles of Softspots come in wide widths, which is sometimes difficult to find locally. I chose this style for work; they are comfortable as I am on my feet pretty much all day. This is my 2nd pair of Softspots; I like them because they are comfortable as well as stylish.

Cushy insole like all Softspots shoes. Uppers are soft, breathable leather. Fit is true to size. Uppers may stretch a slightly. Nice comfy sandal that looks good too.

These are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, and still trendy and stylish! The leather is so soft, and doesn't hurt my bunion. I like these so much; I am considering buying another pair to have when this pair wears out! Zappos service is unbeatable!

These are great shoes and they fit really well. The pink did not match the outfit I bought them for so I returned them. The only problem was that I am overweight and the back heel can be a little wobbly if you are a large woman.

Could fit better!
I originally bought a 6.5 but could not get my foot into it. The 7 works, but the footbed is a little long thus compromising the arch support and the look. I wish it fit properly, because it is an attractive shoe that would be perfectly comfortable if it fit more exactly.

Very close to Sybil in comfort -
I wanted a Softspots sandal that would fit me as perfectly and be as comfortable as the Sybil style I have worn out. Vera is very close. The buttery soft feel on top with the cushion on bottom makes for all-day foot goodness and the wedgey bottom is identical. Since I can't find my size in the available Sybil colors any more, this is a close second. It doesn't curve around the ball of my foot quite as perfectly, but it is still a nice, comfortable sandal and fits a wide foot beautifully.

So comfortable. Only con is they make a little squishy sound when you walk, but they're so comfortable that it doesn't even matter!
