This shoe is very comfortable and adorable on the foot. I ordered the red, and it is a "blue" red, not an "orange" red, very beautiful color. I have a bunion and so I have had to start ordering wide shoes, however, I found this shoe was too wide in the wide version. I ordered my regular 9 size in the medium width and it fits perfectly. The toe box is wide enough that is does not rub on my toes or bunion. The heel is high enough for a dressy look, but not too high that it is painful to walk in. All in all, a very comfortable, classy shoe!

This shoe was perfect. It is very stylish. Very comfortable and can be dressed up or down. The first time I wore them it was for a full day in the city and my feet remained comfortable. I did order a wide width and I don't always require a wider width so maybe it runs narrower than usual.

These are very comfy but the patent cracks easily. As strappy high-heeled sandals go, these are as comfortable as you'll find. The Softwalk insole is amazingly cushy! My only reservation is that, after a few wears, the patent started to get pretty wrinkly. I'll still wear them, but with more casual dresses.

I bought these shoes in red patent to go with a brown silk dress for a wedding. After looking at many shoes, these ended up being the perfect solution. They are beautiful and comfortable!

The low heel shoe was as advertized. It worked well for a woman with a hard to fit. The first pair turned out to be a bit large. The style and quality of the shoe is nice. The soft spots also felt nice.

These are great shoes: comfortable, solid to walk on, easy to dance in, very attractive. Bought them for a wedding and didn't even need to break them in; wore them for more than eight hours first time without any discomfort.

These shoes are wonderful. I wore them to a rehersal dinner with slacks and to the wedding and dance with a silk dress. They looked nice with both outfits. Even better, they are comfortable. I was dancing with my shoes on at midnight! I\'ve worn Softspots in the past and sized down half a size and they fit perfectly. The color was a rich, shiny brown which was elegant. Will buy in other colors as the need arises.

This is a very comfortable shoe. Unfortunately, the style did not work on my foot. I liked how they looked from the side but the front looked a bit matronly (often the case with comfy shoes). Also as these are dress sandals, I think the foot bed would have looked better if it was black to match the shoe; I had ordered the black patent. I wear a 6.5 or 7 medium. The 6.5 medium fit very well.

I wore these shoes yesterday to a wedding dinner and they looked and felt fabulous at first. By the time I was driving home, though, my toes started to hurt from being squished in the front under the straps which, apparently for me, aren't very soft on the underside. I could feel each one bearing down on my toes. Even with that, though, I want to keep them and will wear them for another wedding simply because they are mostly comfortable with their lower heel and good looks.

This shoe was true to size and the fit was good. I am a slingback fan and the strap was a perfert fit for the ankle area. I am not a fan of the softspots insole. With this shoe i did buy ball of the foot cushions after repeated wear. They held up great and i will wear these shoes next summer.

Love the red! Deep, dark red that looks wonderful in patent. Love the style! Really fun shoes that looks sharp. Love the comfort! I purchased this shoe in red because it was so cute! I wasn't sure about the heel height because I have "issues" with my toe joints. I was very pleased to find that these shoes are very comfortable. In fact I wore them all day the first time. I need a lot of cushioning in the ball of the foot, especially with a high heel. These shoes provided just what I needed. I liked them so much, that I ordered them in the black as well. I have happy feet!

The shoe was cute and comfy. I liked the dark red color. Unfortunately, the shoe was a touch too narrow to be comfortable across the top of the foot. BUT I have a slightly wider than average foot, but not quite wide enough to wear a wide, so take that into account. I was disappointed because I really wanted to keep the shoe!

I just received this shoe and tried it on. It is very pretty, extremely comfortable and true to size. I went to six different stores to find a dress shoe with no luck. Zappos will definitely be my first stop next time! Thanks for your great customer service!

First I love these shoes. When I first reviewed them, they were great, comfortable, leather soles inside the shoe, pretty, but, after having them only three to four months, the elastic on the buckle disintegrated. The buckle was hanging by a threat. It happened to two different pairs in two weeks.

These sandals are fabulous! They are the most comfortable dress shoes I have ever worn. I started out with the black, then bought the brown and bone, the wide width fits perfectly and they are really pretty. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am always looking for a full-cut extra wide shoe. I had a trauma to my right foot an it is very difficult to find comfortable shoes. These Softspot shoes are truly a full-cut shoe! The leather is soft and the shoe is VERY comfortable. The kind of shoe you can walk in all day!

Very nice. After having my son, my feet were wider than ever, and I've been on the hunt to find some nice feminine shoes for two weddings this fall. These are nice, comfy, girly, and better yet, wide! Wide enough for my fat feet, and pretty! Plus, fantastic service for size exchange.

I have inherited foot problems but unlike my mother I have a professional job where I wear suits and dresses. At these times I find it difficult to find a shoe that can look professional and youthful without inflicting pain. After reading the reviews on this shoe I decided to give it a try. I received it in the mail the day before leaving for a conference. I actually wore it all day the first day without a regret. I have a wide foot and I found this shoe true to size. The padding proved to be amazing. I went on line to buy it in other colors but found my size sold out. I will try other similar shoes in this brand. I do not want to have to wear flats with my suits and now I may have an alternative.

I immediately called your 24/7 hot line, and had one of the best customer service agents ever! Not only was she helpful in changing the shipping immediately, I also asked her to help me find similar boots in a different color, and she really tried her best to do so.
