These shoes provide outstanding comfort. I purchased them after having months of the foot pain due to shoes without correct support, Bass, Alan Edmonds and the like, my feet never felt so good.

Not very impressive shoe -
I ordered this shoe, after owning Clark "Charles" for the past four years. I thought it might be time for a change, plus these were a bit cheaper. Unfortunately, everything about them was underwhelming. They looked cheap, and the shiny leather was really ugly. I am probably going to go back to my old standby, the Clark Charles, and I would recommend you do too. I was also disappointed that these were only offered in full sizes. I don't know why any manufacturer wouldn't offer the full range of sizes. I ordered the half size smaller and it really did not fit nicely.

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
