I was very pleased when i received these sandals in black patent. They look great, are very comfortable, have good arch support and the heel is perfect for me. In addition, my feet do not look so big when i wear these shoes. I wear size 11 wide. I would definitely patronize Sofft again.

Very cute shoe. Does take some breaking in, at least for me. The leather on the edges of the toe box cut into my toes a little to begin with. Comfortable base with lots of cushioning.

The entire end-to-end process with Zappos is really effortless. I am sorry I did not use them before now. Now, to this brand and these shoes. The shoes are a perfect size 8 I find. I did find the strap at the top to be a bit irritating and rub until I wore them about 5 times. The ankle strap could be a touch longer. If you have wider ankles, then these straps might not even work for you. Mine are about average. The shoes themselves are high quality and comfortable for almost 4 inch heels. I will definitely order the Sofft brand again.

I am loving these comfy, classy shoes. I have since bought two more Sofft brand shoes. You really can\\\'t tell it\\\'s a 3 inch heel. I have neuroma in both feet and with the help of a insole I can go for hours without feeling foot pain.

I love this shoe. My 10 wide feet generally have to sacrafice either style or comfort. I wore these Sunday, easily walked instead of taking a shuttle, and my feet were cute.

You will not be disappointed! I have very wide feet these are a god send. Comfortable, wore them on a cruse every night. I have total strangers say, "I love your shoes." You will not be disappointed. Very sturdy; going to last a long time!

Very comfortable! I wore these shoes for the first time two days ago to break them in, and then wore them again yesterday for work, where I'm on my feet for ten hours. While I did come home with one blister at the end of the day yesterday, that usually happens to me when I wear a new pair of shoes for that long the first time. By the end of the day, though, my feet felt happy; these are super comfortable shoes! They also seem to run true to size; I take a 7.5 medium width, and that size fits me perfectly. I also got tons of compliments on them, and no one could believe that they are a "comfort" shoe since they are so cute.

These shoes are sooooooo comfortable. I bought them right before a trip to New York, and walked around in them all day and night. My friend got so sick of hearing me say "oh my gosh, these shoes are STILL comfortable!" I\'m a flip-flops girl, and these were even better because of the ankle support!\r\n\r\nThat said, make sure you\'re happy with the side view before you buy them. The heel isn\'t that cute - there\'s an extra bridge or something underneath, between the high heel part and the ball of your foot. I\'m sure that has to do with why they feel so good, but it does kind of give them the look of a "comfortable shoe," which probably isn\'t really what you\'re going for when you put on patent leather high heels.

These shoes are comfortable enough to wear all day and fit true to size/width. Do have trouble with one of the footbeds has a leak, makes a squishing sound when I walk, so I plan to take them in to have them looked at, other than that love the shoe! Perfect heel for all day work shoe.

This is a great sandal shoe with a very flattering look. My foot is long and narrow (10 AA or AAA)-one of the reasons I love Zappos in that they offer great selections in this size. I ordered the dark brown color and found it to be very versatile. The shoe is quite comfortable (there was only a short break-in period for the straps across the top of the foot). When you walk the heel is secure feeling and the sole seems to cushion each step. My husband even told me he thought this was a really good looking shoe.

I bought these shoes in 2 colors, black and brown. I wear them to work in the summer and they are professional enough for my formal office, yet stylish and comfy enough for me to be on my feet all day. The only drawback to these shoes is that I had to "break" them in. The first few days I wore them, the bottom of the front side (hits right near the outside base of my pinky toe) caused that area to ache. It didn\'t rub or make blisters, just made it sore. Bandaids helped. For me, I usually have to break in almost every shoe I wear, so this was not unusual. After a couple of days they were as comfy as could be and felt great! They are very sturdy and high-quality.

Love these shoes! These are the second pair of Sofft heels I bought for a wedding weekend. I don't usually wear heels because of back and knee problems, but thought I'd give 'em a try. I actually wore them all day and night, even danced in them, and they were so comfortable. I was one of the few at the end of the night not dancing in bare feet. I definitely recommend them.

Love, love, love these shoes! I have bunions and have a hard time finding cute shoes that won\'t irritate them, but these shoes are so comfortable. I was able to wear them an entire evening! Even though I\'m not used to wearing this high a heel, I had no problems. It\'s my first Sofft purchase, and guaranteed, it won\'t be my last!

I have "last year’s model" in these shoes. The Verrin. If you’re thinking about buying this shoe - GO FOR IT! I have never been able to wear very high of a heel… these have 3 1/2 inch heel. You’d never know it. These shoes so very well designed. They are so comfortable. I just love them. The support is wonderful. I have problems with the ball of my foot aching. Never in these shoes. I wear an 8 1/2 and the 8 1/2 fits just perfect. At first when I bought these, I said they’d be great for work, but I wouldn’t wear them to a conference where I had to be on my feet all day. I’ve changed my mind. They’d work great!

I absolutely love these shoes. For the first time in a long time I feel that I've gotten my money's worth with a quality, comfortable shoe. I bought a wide width this time b/c one of my feet had been swelling: it fit perfectly, even on the non-swollen foot. They look great with almost anything. Great buy!

This shoe is true to size (narrow width) so there is no forward toe slide. It is stunning on, comfortable and easy to walk in. I forgot I had them on, on the first day I wore them.

I have wide feet and have struggled to find stylish shoes that not only fit but also are comfortable. Voila!! These are the second pair of Sofft shoes I've bought - the fit is perfect and is very comfortable for work. I also wear them with jeans. Love these shoes!!! They look great with dress pants and jeans. My co-workers have complimented them. The shoes did not require much of a break-in period (perhaps one wearing). I find that although the shoes have a high heel they are very stable. The soles offer good traction on slippery surfaces. I ordered the black patent in AA (Narrow). They fit true to size. This is my first pair of Sofft brand shoes. I will definitely buy more shoes of this brand in the future from Zappos.

The strap across the toe is painful and stiff on the sides. Digs right into your foot at first step. They are very cute otherwise. If the leather strap was softer are more worn in, it could be a great shoe.

So far the only decently comfortable shoes for wide feet that are good with professional work clothes. I don't really like the T-strap look myself but I was going for fit (I have wide feet) and comfort (this brand has good cushion in the sole). A little higher incline than my preference for work wear, but not bad. I only wear this with suits at the moment. It is extremely hard for me to find shoes that fit me because I am wide in the ball of the foot/toes but my ankles are average.

Really cute shoes and super comfortable, but they make a squishing sound when I walk. To solve this, I put baby powder on my feet before I wear these. It seems to help.

Soffts are my fav, but this is the first pair that hurt. As soon as I put one on I knew they were going back. The strap across the toes is rough and digs in immediately.
