I’ve had these boots almost two months now. These boots feel approx 1/2 size larger than marked. I measure a true 14.5D and normally have to buy a size 15D boot to have sufficient toe/forefoot room, but the size 14D boots are a perfect fit for me, probably due to the snip toe. They are very comfortable considering the price and I get many compliments on the style. The leather is very soft, but has a somewhat "dry" feeling to it, even after a coat of mink oil. I use these boots for motorcycling and have no problem getting the toe under the shift lever. The sole, while aggressive, is not so thick as to interfere with foot position on the pegs. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an inexpensive boot alternative that is still stylish and very confortable. Keep in mind that these boots are not in the price range of Chippewa or Frye and don’t have that "high quality" feel, but are very well-made. I LOVE Zappos! Customer service is absolutely GREAT and online ordering, shipping, etc is the best on the web! I only wish they would carry more Chippewa pull-on styles in size 14 or 15. My first choice of boot was a Chippewa Snip-Toe Bison leather, but would have had to buy from another web-site. I just won’t trust anyone, but Zappos!

Boots were great, just what I expected. Received them quickly. Returned one pair (wrong size), and were refunded very promptly. Would definitely buy from Zappos again.

I want to thank you for the great service and selection I receive from Zappos. It was very hard to shop for my brother-in-law because, his feet swell very badly. He wears 12 1/2 6E. With you it was no problem. The quality of the brands you have are simply wonderful. I just had to share this. In this day and time it is very hard to find great customer service. Well let me tell you, you go above and beyond. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!
