This was my first experience with Zappos. I received a gift certificate from my boss and spent lots of time searching through the many options. I finally selected the Annie Cody in black and I love them. They are very cute, very comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. They are too dressy for me to wear with jeans, but just perfect for my dressy-casual work clothes. I will probably order the tan pair next. The delivery, customer service, and everything all is exemplary. The issue I do have with Zappos is that I saw several pair of shoes that I would have liked, but many of them were not in stock.

Zappos is by far a company with great customer service as well as a wide variety of styles and sizes. This particular shoe is very comfortable stylish. This shoe is complimentary with casual and dressy outfits. The heel is the right height and the material is soft providing all day comfort. Once again Zappos, thank you for a great product and wonderful customer service!

I thought these shoes were very comfortable and cute. I got the natural raffia and the trim color is really more of a bronze - very cute! They're a great summer work shoe. I have a medium width foot and thought these fit true to size and were easy to wear. This is first time buying Annie shoes and I will definitely look for them again. Also, I ordered these on a Monday night and Zappos got these to me by Tuesday afternoon! Less than 24 hours and free shipping - how do they do it?!!?

It really fits!
These shoes are wonderful. My toes don't extend beyond the shoe, they are wide enough, there's actually some cushioning in the footbed, and they're pretty! I have a terrible time finding shoes that accommodate my bunion-ed feet. After receiving my order in two colors, I bought them in the third color, as well. If the shoe fits....

I love this shoe, very comfortable! I was able to wear and walk in it for hours and received many compliments. Since my feet are wider than medium, but not wide enough to order a wide, I ordered a half size larger in the medium--perfect! Wonderful bare foot summer sandal.

I ordered them on a Wednesday, figured the wedding I needed them for was still a week away, 5-7 business days are the norm.
