The shipping was so quick and ordering the gift card was so easy. I'll have to buy Zappos gift cards for everyone's birthdays and Christmas presents! It really is the perfect gift!

Ah, it's the greatest gift card known to man. It's made of high quality, and is really pretty; just kidding. Seriously, its a great way for me to reward my employees. They get to buy products from a company that is a shining example of how customer service should be handled. Hopefully it will rub off!

Review of a Gift card.
Ordering a gift card was a simple online process. It took only a couple of minutes and the card was received by its recipient within 2 days. I was very happy with this transaction, and would certainly utilize this service again.

Faster Than a Speeding Bullet -
I ordered a gift card at 11 PM EST on a Saturday night, with regular shipping. By 10 AM Monday morning, I had the card in my hand. I had heard good things about this company, and now I have a story to tell!

 |  | Zappos rocks, you so made my nine year old son’s day. We went looking for new DC shoes last Sunday and spent 3 hours only to find out that his shoe size was 6.5 right between boy’s and men's. The stores had no selection in either. We were told by one salesperson that most boys skip that size so they don't carry many. He was very disappointed, I suggested ordering from you guys that night and he didn't want to wait for shipping. I told him Zappos was quick, but he wanted to try stores again, so we did on Tuesday evening and came home empty handed again. We got online, ordered a pair he liked (there were so many to chose from in the size we needed) at 9:30 that night. Of course he was all about when would they be here, again I told him how quick you are at shipping and that probably Thursday at the latest Friday. He came home from school on Wednesday and they were on the front porch. He was so happy!!! Loved the shoes and can't wait to order another pair. I have told other people how fast they got here and no one believes that is even possible. I don't know how you do it, but thanks so much. You're the best.
