Returned this shoe. Ordered 8.5N, but shoe was much too wide. Did not hold my foot at tall. Other SoftWalk styles in this size do fit my very narrow foot, but not this one.

I bought these shoes in black. They are cute and comfortable without looking like comfortable shoes. They look dainty with the thin straps and somewhat narrow heel. The only drawback is the sound that the shoes make when I walk. The air whooshes out of each sole with each step.

My real size is 11S. I ordered the 10N as this shoe is not available in my slim size. This is working, although a little short. The shoe looks great and most of all, is very comfortable. I seldom wear heels - too painful and difficult to find correct size, but I may order this shoe in another color!

Great shoe that looks sleek and dressy, but still has the comfort and support of a less stylish shoe. Fit of the 7AA seemed true for my narrow foot. Padded insole is fantastic. No problems with binding, pinching or blisters right out of the box. Worth the price when I compared it to the comfort and style of the other black mules I ordered.

Love the Softwalk Reyna! Great stylish, comfortable sandal. This is my sixth pair of Softwalk shoes and have always found them true to size. One of the few brands that fits me well (size 10.5 AA). Softwalk is great for people who are on their feet for long periods of time.

I love these shoes. They are cute as can be! Although the fit is perfect, I would suggest going a half size larger if you are questioning which size to get. I wear a wide, so my main concern is the width, not length. These are truly like walking on a cloud. I have worn them for 8 hours without any problem.

Comfy and cute dressy sandal with a lower heel. Good arch support for my plantar fasciitis. I wore them for a whole night for a wedding with no discomfort.

Not quite for me -
I was very disappointed this shoe did not work out the way I had hoped. The standard width was a bit tight and the wide width was just a bit too roomy, especially the top strap...it was actually gaping and loose. They would have been a "comfort" shoe had they fit. Overall, they just weren't rocking my world and they would have to be perfect for me to pay this much for a pair of sandals. I was totally amazed (as I always am) at the speedy delivery! Both times, they came the next day...how d'ya do that Zappos??? I know the return process will be good and I have no worries since I always get good service from Zappos.

Worth The Money -
These shoes are very versatile. Can be worn with a dress, capris, jeans, dress slacks. They are very comfortable and the width fits my wide feet. The heel height is just right. Can wear them all day.

This shoe is really comfortable, interesting looking and doesn't hurt my bunion. Heel is good height. I bought the red ones. They are red without being loud. The only thing I didn't like was the small heel.

I've been wanting to try something from SoftWalk, but these weren't it. I have narrow looooong feet (10.5/11 AA/AAA) and first off, the top strap is really tight. As I wiggled my foot into it, the straps got bigger. Too big. They didn't hug my foot and so was too wide at the ball of my foot to my toes. It would be nice for the soft padding to go all the way to the toes and the width to remain narrow.

I also wanted to send a much belated thank you for a service you did for me about a year ago. At the time, my son broke his leg very badly and we needed some "basketball breakaway pants" to put over it so he could go out of the house, as the cast was quite large.
