Great over-the-knee boot with fashionable heel which is 3.5 inches high plus almond toe. Boot is suede lined, and the calf leather finish is very flat...a shinier finish would have been nicer. A little roomy around the ankles and calf, but this allows for tucking in jeans. This boot looks smashing with shorter skirts. You can fold the top over for another look. As usual, outstanding Stuart Weitzman workmanship. Overall, it is really fashion-forward, stylish downtown boot which makes you feel confident, sexy and on top of the world! Thank you Zappos for finally shipping to Canada...

Surprisingly soft and comfortable -
These boots are fantastic. I wanted a stylish, well-made pair of boots that are comfortable as well. I visited all the malls in my area, including high-end stores. I was frustrated with designer boots that are uncomfortable or cheaper, ugly boots made overseas. I was willing to pay more for the boots that I wanted. I am 5'9" tall and have long legs. I couldn't find boots that are between 16"-18" in shaft. I came across Stanza boots from Stuart Weitzman at Zappos.com and something told me they will work for me. Because I am on the tall side, the 3 1/2 heels are a little high for me. The calf-leather can be folded over for the below-knee look as well. I will wear these with abandon. They look great with short skirts or knee-length skirts.

This is a step in the right direction. Most wide width shoes are stodgy and cheap looking. These are not.

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
