Love these shoes, very comfortable and stylish. A strap broke wearing them once on the first pair. Zappos has a fantastic customer service and replaced them the very next day. Fun for summer and lots of compliments! Thanks Zappos.

 |  | After placing an order online, I realized that I didn't log into the site with the VIP, but with the regular Zappos.com. I immediately called your 24/7 hot line, and had one of the best customer service agents ever! Not only was she helpful in changing the shipping immediately, I also asked her to help me find similar boots in a different color, and she really tried her best to do so. I want to thank her once again for her kindness, support, and help! It is easy and fast to complain, and very rare to get a compliment! This is definitely a compliment for an excellent rep!
