I bought these shoes because I'm a big fan of Mephisto Niro sneakers and Kaisy dress shoes. I thought these would be a dressier alternative to the Niro. I found the Lisa to be cut too narrow for my bunions. I've had them stretched, and that helps, but I can't wear them for an extended amount of time without my feet hurting. I would not purchase these again.

 |  | I ordered some Globe Castros, but they were too big and so I needed to send them back. I was surprised at how customer friendly the instructions were and how quickly I was able to get my return label. Immediately after that I put another order except one size lower. Apparently I checked today and my item was put on priority with no extra cost. That is awesome customer service. Thanks Zappos team and continue providing this outstanding service!
