I love my caftan, and Zappos delivered it so quickly, I thought they must have sent a runner out as soon as I placed my order. The only problem was that the caftan was slightly damaged. It must have been a "second" and I should have been told. Also, the price should have been lowered more. I decided to fix the problem myself, but I don't expect to have to make repairs on brand new clothing.

 |  | I know many times all you hear about are complaints, but this note is just to let you know that out of all my experiences with websites and purchasing online (which I do a lot of), your website, your ordering process, and your return process is the easiest I have ever experienced. I just a placed an order, and it was just like “1, 2, 3,” and I had made my purchase. I have ordered from you before, and unfortunately had to make some returns, but it was a breeze to return. Don't think I will ever purchase shoes from another retailer again. Thank you for such pleasant experiences!!
