Okay, the new footbed is pretty comfortable, but the strap that goes across the instep is very tight. If you have a thick foot/high instep, you might want to order a size larger to get longer straps. I would recommend that Teva lengthen these straps. The old style Velcro straps were much easier to adjust and also more comfortable (in my opinion). The little fastex buckle used to secure the strap is also a bit of a pain to fasten/unfasten. All in all still a pretty good product, only time will tell if it is as good as the original Teva (my first pair lasted in excess of 10 years). Sometimes change is good, but other times don't try to fix something that isn't broken. Change doesn't always equal improvement.

These are really comfortable and cute. Easy to adjust and have plenty of support. My husband and I both got a pair and love them! They will be our summer hiking shoes and everything else, too. The fit is true to size and the quality is great.

These by far are the best sandals if have ever owned. I usually have a problem with things on the back of my heel or my toes feeling scrunched in a normal sandal. These don't have either of those two. Very easy to get on and off, with great arch and feet support.

 |  | I just wanted to write in because I have placed many orders in the last couple of months and returned several of the pairs. I am leaving for a trip to Paris in a couple of weeks and I've been searching for the right pair. I've not had much luck, but I wanted to let you guys know that it isn't because I've been unhappy with my shopping experience with Zappos. Quite the opposite actually. Because your customer service and purchasing/returning policy is so great - I just keep coming back. So thank you, for making life easier for those of us who lack the time to run around to the various shoe stores around town. You really make my life easier and give us all one less thing to worry about.
