I doubt that the Geox system works. My feet easily become hot and sweaty in shoes. Even in sandals, if I am not walking or running, the bottom of my feet will often become hot and damp. From my reading (and from my experience with these sandals), the Geox system provides extra ventilation (if at all) only when walking or running. My problem with hot, damp feet (especially with open sandals) is not when I'm moving, but when I'm stationary, usually standing or sitting. The Geox system, at least in these sandals, does not keep my feet cooler or dryer. I am keeping the sandals only because they are a decent platform for running.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: birkenstock sandals keep the bottom of my feet cooler and dryer

For People With Sweaty Feet!!!
I have the worst sweaty feet. I mean in winter my feet sweat, imagine summer. I have never found a sandal I could wear with out socks because we with sweaty feet know that you slip around on rubber and plastic or most smooth surfaces (sandals, flip flops). You also want to check out Sanuk’s Fraid So" and "Fraid Not" are flip flops for sweaty feet. When "you" with sweaty feet feel the foot bed of these sandals and flip flops, you will not be sorry.

 |  | Zappos Customer Service, You probably hear mostly from people with complaints. I wanted to take a moment to send some positive feedback. Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
