I love these sandals! I wish I had ordered them earlier in the summer but have been wearing them ever since I got them. They have a nice shiny patent leather look to them so they look great with skirts or slightly dressier outfits, definitely not like your run of the mill rubber beach flip-flop. The snakeskin pattern on the footbed is nice touch as well.

These are fantastic! Comfortable enough for everyday wear, yet dressy enough to wear with jeans and a cute top for going out!

These run a size too small. Also, the thin strap digs into the top of my foot and hurts. Not as cute as in picture. The plastic-like footbed makes them slick when wet. I'm returning these.

I love them! They are stylish and comfortable! I'm a size 7 1/2; I purchased a size 8. I don't suggest wearing them in the rain since they do get a bit slippery.

Instant blisters! The straps are rubber and rub on the top and sides of my feet, for a total of four new blisters, eeew. It's too bad because I liked the thinner straps.

These are painful! Avoid them if you can! I walked around for only 2 hours and it gave me cuts. They're also extremely slippery when wet. They look cute, but they're not worth the pain.

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
