We are very disappointed in these sandals. We've been buying Geox shoes for many, many years now and were very, very pleased with the shoes. However, they do not offer the quality they used to, and still charge the same amount of money. I will have to return these sandals.

I, too, made a conscientious loyalty-spirited decision with this shoe order. I intended to make this purchase through another website because I would have saved $4 on the purchase over your site and still had free shipping both ways. However, my experience with Zappos has been so positive, that I chose to pay the higher price and purchase these shoes from your company. I was banking on the lightening-speed processing and shipping that I have experienced with your company in the past and opted for the known rather than the unknown of ordering from another company. So, when you communicated your "special priority processing" on this order at no additional cost to me, I was moved to respond with a resounding THANK YOU!
