My daughter loves these sandals. The foot bed is padded, has a little arch support, & appears comfortable. The rubberized & textured sole provides good traction, is durable but not excessively stiff. The lip of the shoe around the heel has extra padding. I ordered the pink and the color is not so deep that it's difficult to match to other pinks -- it is pretty much versatile. It's a cute shoe for casual summer wear. The only thing I would change is the strap; the velcro strap is a bit thick therefore difficult to thread through the little metal ring, and once it's threaded it is difficult to slide it - there is resistance. This frustrated my daughter for the first day, but she soon learned to loosen the velcro tab but not disengage it -- she opens the velcro then slides her foot out (the strap is still pretty much in place but loosened). To put the sandal back on, she would slide her foot under the strap then secure the tab again. As usual, good Zappos service -- I received these early.

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site – I would probably fill one out after every order.
