Great shoe and comfortable right out of the box. Not too bulky--sporty design--nice fit. I kept this shoe and sent back the Mephisto and Merrells that I had ordered to try. Liked this Ecco the best of all. A little more sophisticated look than other shoes in this category. Very stylish.

with Zappos. I discovered your store online a couple of days ago. I noticed some sandals that I wanted, and decided to call. The rep who assisted me in placing an order by phone was very professional, informative, and patient. She also extended an invitation to the VIP Club. I was expecting my order tomorrow (Tuesday). However, it arrived early today (Monday). Both my husband and I were surprised by the rapid overnight express time. I will definitely do business with you again soon and tell others about you.
