Stars peeled off the first day!
I love New Balance shoes for my daughter; I always buy the pink 900's and they still look new even after she outgrows them. These Abby-Cadaby shoes are not even close to the quality that I expect from NB. The first day my daughter wore them to school, she arrived home with most of the stars peeling off her shoes. She's only 5 and not rough on her shoes at all. The stars are just like a cheap peelable sticker. My daughter's fake tattoos last longer than the stickers on these shoes. Just terrible quality. The soles are stiff inside... just not the comfort-level her 900's provided. And the purple laces already unraveled at the tops, within 1 week... and I'm the only one who ties her shoes daily. For the price I paid for these shoes, I am extremely disappointed. I'll continue to buy NB, just not this cheaply made shoe.

And I want to thank you for your incredible service (phone, email, all and any contact w/ you) because it is outstanding. The items I bought are of the best quality, and I only had to return 2 items that either did not fit, and the necklace was an unattractive item. I exchanged both items for something else I wanted. Never ever did I have a negative experience with you in all the years I have been your customer. You make all the difference in shopping experiences, and I almost shop exclusively w/ you because of it. Whatever you pay your employees, isn't enough ;o) they are worth their weight in Gold.
