Strange sizing. This shoe definitely fits large. They're pretty cute, but I had to return them because they were 3/4 size too big.

I loved these shoes out of the box! I ordered an 11, my usual size, but my heel slipped out every step and there was a good 1/4 inch gap behind my foot at the heel. So I ordered the next size down, the 10. Way too tight. I tried heel grips in the back of the 11s; didn't work, still too much gapping. Likely a 10 1/2 would have been perfect, but sadly, there isn't such a thing. My advice: order a half size down and enjoy this beautiful shoe!

I picked this shoe up at a local retailer, and love this shoe! I personally found it to be true to size for me. I typically wear an 8.5, and this shoe was true to that. The toe box is a little snug at first. The shoe overall is wonderfully comfortable and the snakeskin just adds a nice touch. I have grown obsessed over platform heels like these and prefer the higher heel. Overall, the design is classy for the office. I would love to pick up another color to add a little more pizazz to an outfit, but the tan/brown is a very neutral color for a fabulous shoe!

I ordered this shoe in 9B, and it runs large in size and width. It slipped completely off my foot when trying them on. I exchanged for 81/2 B which fits a little snug in length, but width is OK. They stretched fine after wearing the first few times. The yellow snake skin is very bright! So if you want a "statement" shoe, this one is for you. For me, they look great with slacks, but are just too bright to wear with a skirt or dress. If you wear a smaller size, they might not so much like a banana on your foot! As always, Zappos is the best when it comes to returns. It does\'t get any easier!!!

The shoes are beautiful and I love them, but the website (I think) said they were 3 1/2 inches, but with the platform, which is 1/2 inches, this makes the heel 4". I plan to order the same shoe in a different color. I found your website just by searching and when I told other people about your website, everybody knew about it. Since I wear a 10 1/2, not many people carry that size. So I will be shopping at Zappos.com from now on.

I have this shoe in green, fantastic color. Other reviews mentioned that the heel slips easily out of the back of the shoe, which I found to be true. I picked up a pair of heel grips that you peel and stick into the back of the shoe where your heel meets the shoe. Works like a charm… no slipping whatsoever.

This is a great shoe. I liked it so much I bought it in two colors. You get four inches of height but the platform makes it easier to balance on the super high heel. Really practical work shoe and the design makes it pretty scratch resistant.

I bought them because of their beautiful flashy yellow color which makes serious clothing to pop with freshness and fun. But it is hard to walk with them because of the sole coming out too easily, helped with a cushion that I had though.

Best looking shoe this year -
I just love my new yellow Ralph Lauren platform pumps. While they are not as comfortable as lower-heeled shoes, they look great and are worth the pain. I tried to find these shoes EVERYWHERE after seeing them in a magazine and Zappos was the only place I found them.

Just not right -
I had the same problem that was expressed by other reviewers. Once I got a size that fit, my heels kept slipping out. I suppose some heel pads might have fixed it, but maybe not. Disappointing, because they are very pretty shoes, and the color (green) was just beautiful.

Shoe was beautiful and I really wanted to like them, but I had the same exact problem as the person who said the sides felt extremely narrow yet my heel slipped out the back every time I took a step. Too bad, but they had to go back.

This shoe looks amazing but the sides feel very narrow yet my heel steps out of them any time I take a step. Sadly I have to return them.

I love these shoes. I was concerned they would be too loud, but they are very classy. The platform heel makes them comfortable to walk in. I plan on purchasing another pair.

Just what I was looking for!
I had to find green shoes for a Green Gala that my office is putting on and these were exactly what I was looking for. They are slightly taller than I would have liked but the platform help alleviate some of the walking trouble I had anticipated. And surprisingly they are just a tad big and I have been walking out of them, I am sure it will be easily fixed with some heel cushions. Despite all that they are definitely as HOTT as they look!

9M This shoe is stunning. Unfortunately, it was not comfortable to wear. I think the size was right, but my heel slipped out the back although the sides were very snug - to the point of not being easy to slip on & off. The toe box was a bit tight width-wise and not as comfortable as the Lumiani Bordo that I ordered at the same time to make a decision between the two. The RL Maria Platform leather was much stiffer than the Lumiani Bordo or even the RSVP Diadra shoe (that I previously returned for the same heel slippage reason).

Runs a little big.
I ordered these in Polo Tan. The shoe is very cute in person, but it was too big. I normally wear a 7 and I exchanged them for a 6.5. I tried to put a shoe pad in them and they were still too big. Very cute shoe though and very comfortable (despite the high heel).

We have been extremely satisfied with the service and one day service that is provided. She wears a 9.5 in a 4A.
