I really liked how these shoes looked. They were at least a half size bigger than I expected, but returns are so easy with Zappos. I was really pleased with them overall. Sometimes the high top bit squeaks because of the plasticized lettering in the back, but overall a great fun shoe.

I absolutely love the shoes. A little uncomfortable where the arch is, and leaves a red mark on the bottom of my foot, but I do have an arch that is in a different part of the foot... I think they call it a high arch, and it has fallen as well. So if you have a normal arch, super comfy. I walked a street fair the first time I wore them. I was really amazed I could walk so far in them. I’ve gotten tons of compliments.

 |  | Hello! I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who works for Zappos. As of yesterday, I've ordered from Zappos five times over the last couple years. I usually get my orders the next day, and the longest it's taken has only been two days, and I think that's just awesome! At my job I work in customer service and think it's very important to like to help people in a job like that. I can tell Zappos employees must love their jobs because everyone does such great job. With every one of my orders, it only proves there really isn't a better place to shop on line, (or shop anywhere, in general)!
