I have a pair of these. They are a little tight in the toes but otherwise comfortable for the heel height.

Looks great, can't walk in them!
They are way too high! If you can walk in 5 1/2 inch heels then I applaud you! =) I was actually tipping forward. Zappos is amazing and sent them the day after I ordered them! And shipped them for free! Too bad I couldn't use them.

I'm impressed! Few companies care about customer service anymore because they seem to believe they have American consumers "over a barrel." Why provide good customer service when they don't have to? At least goes the thinking. I deplore talking to "Customer Service" representatives in overseas. I don't understand them and they don't understand me. And they don't solve problems, they just read from printed cue cards. So...THANK YOU for caring about customer service. It DOES matter to me, it DOES matter to the American public. Next time I need shoes, you'll be the first place I shop.
