For Steve Madden shoes, they look great online, but totally cheap and flimsy in person. Not flattering at all! I was extremely disappointed and returned them immediately.

	I have told friends and family about Zappos and it was just because the service has been wonderful. As a 63 year old, I recall the super service given in the old department stores. I mourned the loss of that quality service as stores cut back, closed, went mall, outlet, superstore, online. Zappos translated that old time service to the internet, and even improved that quality service. And a young shoe store guy told me about your company.
