 |  |  | I recently ordered my wife a pair of shoes. As usual I could not keep it a secret and told her I ordered a size 9.5; at which time she told me she needs a size 10. When I called to change the order I was told the order was already shipped, but that you would also send out the new size and try and stop the initial order, but if they could not stop it just send them back. So in summary you have made a first time customer very pleased with awesome customer service.
