Comfy slippers! Overall, these are great slippers. By far the best pair I've ever owned! They're really comfy, warm, have a squishy footbed and stay on great with the mary jane strap. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, is that they advertise pretty hard that there's this great arch support. And maybe there is some magical invisible arch support, but they look and feel totally flat to me. But overall, great. I work from home so I spend TONS of time wearing these, and they make my feet feel so much better than walking around these hardwoods without!

	I would like to commend Zappos for the fine service that I receive. My wife has an extremely difficult foot to fit and because of Zappos she is able to order shoes online. We have been extremely satisfied with the service and one day service that is provided. She wears a 9.5 in a 4A. I have been waiting for several more shoes to come in and they will contact me when that size and color comes in. Thank you Zappos.
