Great shoes - How wonderful to find cool looking shoes that come in a size 17. My 6'1" 13 year old has had a terrible time finding "cool" shoes that fit his large feet. We were thrilled with the service and the speed we received them. We have gotten used to waiting up to two weeks for his shoes to arrive. We ordered his shoes Saturday afternoon and got them Monday morning.

	I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it!
