Just An OK Bag!! I just received this bag and I am a little disappointed...The straps are so short and flimsy. The leather inside the top of the bag (which is beautiful, good quality leather), causes the bag not stand up even with my Louis Vuitton wallet (which is heavy) in the bottom of it. The folding of the bag takes away from the appearance. All in all, it’s just a regular cotton bag...nothing special or different about it.

	I just want to say that I love you guys! Your response time is incredible in every way. I have been ordering from you for many years and tell everyone I know to shop with you. I always get my shoes immediately upon ordering either the very next day or the day after that. Incredible!!! Returning items is easier than anywhere else. And when I screw up an order, you are right there immediately to help out. I'm a fan on Facebook and truly admire your company and even had my cat on your news feed sitting in HIS Zappos box.
