I ordered this shoe for a cruise. My original order I returned and ordered a 1/2 size larger. I absolutely LOVE the shoe ~ fashionable with comfort. Can be worn casual or dressed up. I considered them a very good investment.

First off, Zappos is the best. Now on to the Cupid's Bow: I really want to give these shoes 5 stars, but they are not as comfortable as I'd hoped given the price. The cushioning is nice, but the toe room is tight and the back end slips on and off rubbing my heels raw. If not for this, I would wear them all the time. These are super stylish, I get compliments all the time, they're versatile and they give great height. So, I won't be sending them back.

Fantastic shoe! Even though it has a high heel, it is super comfy. I got the gold color which is glam, goes with everything, but really rocks with jeans.

These shoes are madly cute. I got them in the Soft Gold Tumbled Metallic shade, which is an amazingly wearable daytime metallic. And the knotted buckle detail looks terrific. They run seriously large; order down at least one size from what you typically wear. They are not as comfortable as they look, but they are not uncomfortable or painful. The foot bed lacks padding and like most platforms they just don't flex well when you walk. They also have a slightly 'hollow' sound when striking hard floors. Bottom line? The look makes up for all of it! Love them!

Just bought these shoes in NYC. They're great, and I agree to order a half-size smaller. However, if you have a Kenneth Cole store near you, check it out first. I found these shoes for an extremely low price in SoHo.

Zappos customer service was fabulous... I received my shoes the next day, and I live in the mountains so that was amazing! The Gentle Souls shoe style that I purchased run on the big side so I recommend customers order 1/2 a size lower on this model. I originally ordered an 8 which is same size of another pair of Gentle Souls that I have for a long time. This shoe was much better in 7.5 for me, however.

The rep who assisted me in placing an order by phone was very professional, informative, and patient. She also extended an invitation to the VIP Club. I was expecting my order tomorrow (Tuesday).
