These are my 4th pair of MNs and so far my favorite. They Rock! Take a week to break in, put some anti-skid on sole and rock on. So many hot comments...

These boots are not for the faint of heart...they cost a ton, rub under the ankles so badly youll consider using bandaids, and have soles so thin youll feel every pebble. But they break in in a week...the rubbing goes away, the soles you get used to, the butter soft leather conforms like no other---and youre left with a ridiculously powerful and rare piece of footwear that would make even a wheelchair bound man stand tall, and walk hard. Im not sure I've ever loved anything they I way I love these boots. Wait, let me think...no, never.

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
