Absolutely love love LOVE these shoes. They are seriously the most comfortable things ever and they're super adorable. They can go with rolled up jeans or tights and a dress or skirt. Got the purple ones, seriously considering buying all the other colors. Must resist. But seriously LOVE.

I usually have a great shopping experience with Zappos and am a VIP member so I'm in shock on this one. Nothing personal Zappos, but this is not actually a boot. It's an optical illusion! Who test drives these items? Apparently nobody. I figured that no arch support could be remedied by putting one in, but nothing makes a silk purse out of this sow's ear. It is gorgeous to look at but I do not have servants and must move about. My feet were in great pain after wearing them. They not only didn't have a sole to speak of (paper thin) but slid up and down my ankle due to the fact that the part with the adorable bow is not connected to the part that surrounds the heel. As soon as you start walking there is nothing there. I bought two pairs and I didn't have a problem indoors, but made the mistake of wearing them outdoors. Now must keep one pair. Please beware if your feet are at all sensitive and learn from my mistake!

These little boots are so comfortable I wish they went with all of my clothes.

It’s like a slipper-but in a good way -
I love this shoe. I doesn't keep the snow out as well as I had hoped, and the soles are quite slick on the ice. It does go with damn near everything and I feel like I am in my slippers all day-which is definitely a good thing.

Slipper comfort -
Overall good comfort, after wearing shoes only 2x, the suede on the tip has worn off and (I have not worn them in the snow) and the suede tie at the back of the shoe never stays where it is shown in the photo. I am somewhat satisfied.

GORGEOUS, BUT RUNS SHORT -
I bought these shoes in purple and they are gorgeous! Truly beautiful. I will have to return them though as they run short. I bought a size 10 and unfortunately, 10.5 is not available and Zappos is out of size 11. I am BUMMED as these booties are stunning. I have a narrowish foot, but wear Medium widths. Except for length, these booties fit like a glove. I sure hope the 11s come in and that they will work.

Cute boots for HS and college girls -
Got these boots for my teenage daughters and they loved them! Cute, comfortable, versatile, and stylish, they go with all their clothes from jeans to leggings to dresses. Definitely recommended for the younger set.

Beautiful shoe/bootie, but runs a little short. Be sure to order a half size larger.

beautiful purple -
I was looking for a nice true purple shoe / boot and stumbled on these at Zappos. Wonderful look and the purple suede is just what I hoped for. I would think for the price they could be a little better made for the arch support and inner sole. (Born is much better) But as they look so cute I will keep them. They will go perfectly with my purple clothes that I have purchased this fall. I do wish the sole had a less slippery feel to it. Zappos service is again wonderful and fast! Love them!

Subpar construction, but still worth it.
These look and fit great, but I expected more from the construction. The sole is completely smooth - no traction - and I'm expecting my foot to stick and pull up the insole when I don't wear socks. I do like them a lot and they will be perfect with jeans and skirts, both casual and dress, so I'm keeping them. Got the brown, was a little surprised by just how dark they are, but then took another look at the photo and I get it. Also, no arch support.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: I love the brand Sofft.
