You guys are the best. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from you and had to return them because they were too large. I put a note in the box for them to be exchanged (free return shipping! Yeah!) for a size smaller and thought no more about it until sometime had passed and I had not received the items. So I called on the phone and boy did you apologize! And I had my new shoes the very next day. That was great and they fit perfect. I am sure my note was unnoticed because of error on my part in the re-packaging. But thank you Zappos. You are the only place I will get my shoes because you have a wide selection to choose from. I like the white high top shoes that do not seem to be so popular anymore and you have them. Thank goodness.

I purchased my Fitzwell Darcy Shoes to go to Disney World for a week. I have very weak ankles, flat feet and shin splints. My ankles give out on me and have had several falls. Needless to say, I have difficulty walking the parks so I needed that special pair of shoes. I got them early so I could get them broken in. Well, let me tell you, I cannot rave enough about my Fitzwell Darcy shoes. They made it possible for me to walk all day with no problems. They gave me the support I needed and were comfortable and affordable too. I now wear them everywhere I go. Plus I must also tell you about Zappos. They treated me like people used to treat customers. You know the way companies used to believe that the customer is always right? Well I was so thrilled to find that long lost mentality once again. I hope Zappos will always be out there for me and they will always carry my Fitwell Darcy High Top Shoes. Thank you Zappos, for restoring my faith in a company I can trust.

They aren't very stylish but, they are one of the most comfortable sneakers I have ever worn! I wear a ladies 11W. They have a very big toe box and are a little roomy but the width is perfect and they aren't too wide in the heel so I don't have any rubbing when I walk. They don't have the best support but I over pronate and they keep my feet straight when I stand and walk.

I love this shoe! It’s very comfortable and true to fit. I have arthritis in my feet and these really are the perfect shoe for me! And Zappos service is outstanding. I ordered this shoe in the morning and I got it the very next day!

Slip Resistant Plus -
If you have been required to wear slip resistant shoes and want decent ankle support, The Darcy is for you. Like ALL slip resistant shoes there is no bounce to them so if you have bad feet and have been searching for a good shoe, these will be pretty much the same in that area. I have purchased four different pairs of shoes since my company initiated this policy and these are the second best pair...the other two I gave away. No built in arch so you will need orthodics. The shoe is good looking and the quality seems to be good. Time will tell as I put them to the test.

I have flat feet and although these shoes were nice looking and had nice cushioning they offered nothing in arch support. These shoes were not for me.

Accommodate my foot and are comfortable -
These are kind of like high-tops, but they accommodate the wide ball of my foot and are not too wide at the back. They lace up, are not too heavy considering they are waterproof and meant for the snow. I am starting to wear them every time I leave the house. They are not Cinderella slippers, but they really do the job (comfort) I bought them for.

 |  | Your service is excellent, I have tried and returned at least 3 pairs of shoes, and your service with returns is excellent, wonderful service people. I work in retail and I wish I was that good. The other reason I'm so thrilled is I FINALLY found a pair of shoes that fit WITHOUT pain. I got the Propet slip on and they felt good but I was afraid to wear them outside then decided to go for it after putting those new shoes on AFTER an 8 hour day with tired, aching and swollen feet and my God they did NOT hurt, I figured that if they don't hurt after 8 hours on my feet they are a pretty good gamble. Well I wore them the next day to work, 8 hours on my feet, walking, and standing, no sitting, and THEY DID NOT HURT, the first day in a new shoe that is completely UNHEARD of. Then I discovered that several people I work with not only were wearing Propet shoes but got them at Zappos as well. I can't rave much more than that.
