Attractive and Comfortable, but Disappointing Workmanship -
Unfortunately, I did not inspect these shoes for quality before wearing them and am now unable to return them. They look great and fit nicely after I ordered a size smaller than I usually wear.
The leather, however, was gathered in a funny way around one heel and there is a white paint spot on it that was obvious once I took a look at the shoes. Moreover, the tread on one of the heels twisted and is now off-kilter. I don't think that they arrived that way, but I only wore them once before I noticed it.
On the other hand, the shoe is comfortable for short periods of time (2-4 hours) and, once I wore them a few times, they were appropriately broken in and comfortable -- for a pair of heels!

I ordered 7.5 as in UK I am a 38 but I think I should have ordered a 7. Apart from that I am very happy with the shoes and I am very impressed and satisfied with the service I received from Zappos. Thank you.

These are great looking shoes and they fit well. They may need a little breaking in but I'm confident I am able to start wearing these to and from work instead of sneakers!

Go-to pumps -
I wear a size 12 and thought these shoes were among the best fitting dress pumps I've found in a long time. Could use a little more padding in the foot bed, but overall, quite comfortable for pumps. I got lots of compliments. The brown is a very true brown that works well with most colors.
