These shoes are the best! My friends are all jealous because of these shoes they look great with everything, but my heel does pop out of them. I've never had a size issue with any other shoe I have always been a 9 and 1/2. I found some Dr Scholl heel inserts and problem fixed; they are my favorite shoes. I've had them for a month or two now and not one blister and no achy feet (I even have had to walk a few miles in them) I'm going to buy them in the brown as well! If you are on the fence about it, go for it besides Zappos has awesome customer service and you could always return or exchange them! But I know you will love them

Surprisingly UNcomfortable!
I don't know--I saw the video review and expected great things from these shoes. They were heavy, clunky, AND I could barely get my foot into them, even 1/2 size larger! I have wider feet, from wearing sandals and flats all the time they have spread, and I had to wedge my feet in there to try them on. There are better fitting shoes out there..

Everyone should buy this shoe!
The style is the first thing that drew me to this particular shoe when I saw it on the Zappos website. I love the quick service from Zappos; that way, I can always have the shoes quickly when I have a special occasion.
Of course, the fit was great, as well as the comfort. I usually have problems buying shoes, as I have bilateral foot drop after a prolonged illness. I am glad to say these, as well as other shoes I have ordered have always been the perfect fit.
The shoes are always stylish.

Beautiful, but tight -
These shoes were absolutely gorgeous in person. Unfortunately, my foot is a bit wide and they literally kept popping off whenever I took a step. Too bad though because they are truly great looking shoes. I have a pair of wedge heels by this brand and they are the most comfortable shoes ever.

Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
